As part of the standard setup we’ll of course show you how to access, read, and use every social media account we set up for you. That takes an hour or so, depending on what you need. Our experience with past clients ranges from just sending links and usernames and passwords to looking over your shoulder while you do it or guiding each other over the phone. We can do it by phone or over a web meeting so we can share a computer.

We’re available for more tutoring and/or training than this.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a form of online marketing that involves promoting websites by increasing their visibility in search engine results. SEM incorporates SEO (Search Engine Optimization), which adjusts or rewrites website content and site architecture to achieve a higher ranking in search engine/browser results.

The difference between SEO and SEM is simply that Search Engine Optimization is part of Search Engine Marketing/Monetization. Both processes aim in increasing visibility in search engines. SEO is about optimizing your website to get better rankings in the search results while SEM goes beyond SEO. It involves other methods that can get you more search engine visitors like PPC advertising.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)

SEO Programs work to move targeted search results higher in rankings when results are presented to users of search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and others. The higher the ranking when results are displayed, the more likely consumers are to click on the link and go to the targeted website.

SEO is important. Do it. The point of having a website for your business is to increase and improve your business. SEO helps make your website findable by the people who are looking for your product or services.

Here are just a few things we can do for your SEO:
  • Proper Keyword Research With Report

What to know about SEO is there is NO guarantee in increased rankings, as you can’t provide guarantees due to the constantly changing nature of the industry and Internet. Yes, some SEO tactics can get “instant results” by gaming the system. BUT be WARNED these type of tactics can hurt you in the long run. Instant results often involve SEO practices that are against Internet guidelines put out by search engines. For example, Google seeks out these techniques and penalizes them, resulting in lost rankings that can take months even years to recover from. Think of SEO as a long-term investment or a really good diet. We perform techniques that will produce results months down the road. SEO changes and your rankings will change, too. The field is full of competitors, rankings rise and fall with the changing of algorithms and the entrance of new competitors. We are here to stay on top of it.
A sitemap will help your website get added to Google, Bing, and Yahoo faster. When you make updates to your website, Google and other Search Engines will automatically be pinged to crawl your website quicker.

Has your website been losing or not gaining traction on the web?

There could be a wide range of reasons why your website is losing or not gaining traction on the web. No matter how much expertise your people have, they may experience ongoing challenges with website performance, or be concerned with recent website redesign or migration. We are skilled and trained SEO/SEM auditors who can go in, discover the missing piece of the puzzle, and recommend changes that need to be made.

How an audit works, we would go and do a full website and web branding audit to see where you are not optimizing or where you are not benefiting from SEO or SEM. We will go and do a full write up on our findings and give a list of recommendations. Once you have received the documentation and if you want more assistant or in-house training we can arrange a solution that best suits you and your needs.

A few examples of what would be included in an audit:

  • Website portfolio review
  • Identify gaps between current conditions and best practices
  • Audit PPC campaign(s) to eliminate wasteful spending
  • Discover opportunities to increase conversions
  • Monitor critical website development
  • Keywords and Landing Pages
  • External link/backlinking maintenance
  • Google Console Set-up

Is your website user-friendly and functional for the end user?

A website audit is a full analysis of everything related to your website’s level of functionality. The goal is to detect weak points in campaigns that affect your website and how the end user navigates your website. We will put together a complete and detailed audit giving you a deeper understanding as to why your site is not generating the traffic you think it should or why your sales and conversions are not improving.
